Join a dynamic hospitality venue in Malta and be part of a team delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences. We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented F&B Servers who are passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Role Overview
As an F&B Server, you will:
- Provide attentive and professional service to guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
- Reset tables and prepare the dining area for service
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and attention to detail
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
