Role Purpose
The Field Marketer will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and brand visibility by promoting Company's tracking, fleet management, fuel monitoring, and security solutions directly to target clients. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and market company's products and services to individuals, SMEs, and corporate organizations through direct engagement.
  • Conduct field demonstrations of car tracking devices, GPS fleet management systems, and security solutions to potential clients.
  • Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and convert them into active customers.
  • Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, branded merchandise) and enhance product visibility in the field.
  • Organize and participate in activations, roadshows, exhibitions, and community outreach events to boost brand awareness.
  • Gather customer feedback, competitor intelligence, and market insights to inform sales and product strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily field activities, leads generated, and sales achieved.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Represent Trackertel Systems Limited with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years’ experience in field marketing, sales, or direct customer engagement (experience in ICT, fleet management, or security solutions is an added advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet set targets under minimal supervision.
  • Passion for technology-driven solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Motorcycle riding license or valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
