Job summary

Our client, Lendara Credit, is looking for a Field Recovery/Repossession Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts and repossessing assets from defaulting clients in a professional and ethical manner.

Job descriptions & requirements

• Locate and contact defaulting clients to recover outstanding debts

• Conduct field visits to recover assets or negotiate repayment plans

• Repossess collateral items as per company policy and legal guidelines

• Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities and client interactions

• Prepare daily and weekly reports on recovery progress

• Liaise with the legal team on escalated cases

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage voluntary repayment

• Work closely with the credit and collections team
