About the Role
Samaki Kuu is a fast-growing fish trading business supplying fresh whole fish tilapia, tilapia fish fillets and nile perch fish fillets to retailers, hotels, restaurants and distributors across Kenya. We are looking for energetic, results-driven Field Sales Agents to join our expanding team and help us grow our customer base across all counties.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire new customers including markets, eateries and distributors.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Present and promote our full range of fish products
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules
• Collect market intelligence and report competitor activity
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Ensure timely order processing and delivery follow-up
What We’re Looking For
• Diploma in Sales, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of sales experience (FMCG or food & fish industry preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to hit targets
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Familiarity with local markets and supply chains
