FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE
Job summary
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, promoting the company's signage and branding solutions, and achieving agreed sales targets through effective field sales activities.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across assigned territories.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities.
- Conduct market surveys to identify potential customers and emerging market trends.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to expand business opportunities.
- Promote and sell the company's signage, branding, and visual communication solutions to new and existing clients.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender documents based on customer requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements while safeguarding company profitability.
- Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, contractors, retailers, and institutions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication history.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, quotations, and orders.
- Update sales forecasts and monitor the progress of active opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
- Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and industry developments to identify market opportunities.
- Provide customer feedback and market insights to support product and service improvements.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Contribute ideas and strategies aimed at improving sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant field sales experience in a busy organization, preferably within the signage, branding, printing, advertising, construction, or related industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities.
