SALARY KSHS.18,000 PLUS COMMISSIONS
JOB LOCATION NAIROBI
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the healthcare, laboratory, pharmaceutical, research, and scientific sectors.
- Promote the clients laboratory products and services to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, universities, research institutions, NGOs, and corporate organizations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate leads, present products and services, and close sales.
- Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate customer records using the company's sales reporting systems.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in field sales, marketing, healthcare marketing, laboratory services, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or scientific products.
- Experience working with laboratories, hospitals, research institutions, universities, NGOs, or scientific organizations will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
