We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our automotive sales team in Nakuru. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales of motor vehicle parts while representing the company professionally in the field.

About the Role
This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while consistently meeting sales targets.
KeyResponsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Market and sell motor vehicles spare parts to individual and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Present spare parts features, specifications and pricing to potential buyers.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate sales while maintaining company pricing policies.
- Follow up on sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Coordinate vehicle spare parts deliveries and ensure a smooth customer delivery process.
- Attend promotional events, exhibitions, and customer activations to generate leads.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A qualification in Automotive Engineering or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 2years'experiencein automotive sales, particularly in selling spare parts.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Kenyan automotive market.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
