Key Responsibilities
• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell the company’s products to retailers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert prospects into clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain product benefits to clients.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, and production teams for timely delivery.
• Follow up on deliveries and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing within the territory.
• Provide regular feedback on customer needs and market demand.
• Maintain updated records of client visits, leads, and sales performance.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Promote the company’s products through field marketing and activations.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Distribute marketing materials such as brochures and catalogs to clients.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related
field.
Requirements
• 3 years’ experience in field sales, preferably in manufacturing, building materials, concrete and
paving or related industry.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
