Key Responsibilities
Field Sales Executives
• Promote and sell company products within assigned territories
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and stockists
• Identify and open new outlets while growing existing accounts
• Conduct regular market visits and product visibility checks
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Collect market intelligence and provide competitor insights
Van Sales Executives
• Sell and distribute products directly using a company van
• Manage van stock, deliveries, and returns accurately
• Ensure proper cash and collection management
• Open new outlets along assigned routes
• Maintain proper records of sales, stock movement, and collections
• Meet assigned route and sales targets
Minimum Requirements
• At least 1 year proven experience in FMCG sales
• Prior experience dealing with wholesalers and stockists
• Good knowledge of densely populated areas within Nairobi and its environs
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, trustworthy, and results-oriented
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• For Van Sales: valid driving license is an added advantage
