The Finance & Client Operations Assistant will support the company’s financial administration, compliance processes, and client onboarding activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, organization skills, and the ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support client billing and revenue administration
- Assist in payroll preparation and statutory compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with periodic financial reporting
- Support onboarding and training of new clients
- Provide first level client assistance and co-ordinate internal followups
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, business or related field
- CPA part I or II is an added advantage
- Understanding of payroll and statutory obligations
- Proficiency in accounting systems and excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
