The person:

 

1. Motivated by unlimited commission earnings.
2. Successful working experience in sales, marketing, teaching or other relevant professions.
3. Good communications skills, preferably: in English and Kiswahili.
4. Ambitious, hard working and high achiever.
5. People networked.
   

 

Minimum qualifications:

 

1. A minimum of C Minus.
2. A degree in a business related field would be an added advantage.
3. Age 24 years and above.
4. COP Certificate from the College of insurance.
