The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing riders, recruiting new riders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day fleet operations while maintaining strong coordination between riders and dispatch agents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & KPIs
• Managing daily rider schedules
• Recruiting, onboarding, and retaining riders
• Tracking deliveries and ensuring timely order fulfillment
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships between riders and dispatch agents
• Optimizing distribution and delivery routes
• Managing package risks including loss, damage, and delays
• Ensuring rider compliance with operational and safety standards
• Preparing regular fleet and performance reports
