Your Insurance in Real TimeRisa Insurance Agency is an insurance agency regulated by the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) and is currently seeking to recruit proactive and suitably qualified individuals for the position of Freelance Insurance Agents, based in Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika & Kisumu.
The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the sales and promotion of insurance products and services and will be remunerated on an approved commission structure. This role will report to the Principal Officer and/or his/her designate.
Key Responsibilities- Actively promote and sell a diverse range of insurance products, contributing significantly to the agency’s portfolio growth.
- Proactively identify and target new potential clients through various channels — cold outreach, networking, digital platforms, and referrals — to generate more sales.
- Present and promote products or services in a compelling way that clearly communicates value to prospects and leads to sale.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Diploma or Certificate in any insurance or sales-related field.
