Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
• Welcome and assist customers, suppliers, and visitors
• Handle calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
• Maintain visitor and communication records
Office Administration
• Filing, scanning, and document organization
• Manage stationery and office supplies
• Maintain accurate administrative records
Order & Logistics Support
• Receive customer orders and coordinate with sales/production
• Update customers on order status and deliveries
Social Media & Marketing Support
• Create and manage social media content (posts, stories, engagement)
• Respond to online inquiries
• Track engagement and suggest campaigns
Director & Tender Support
• Manage appointments and meetings
• Draft letters, memos, and reports
• Maintain statutory and tender documentation
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Marketing, or related field
• 2–3 years’ experience in front office/administration (retail or SME preferred)
• Social media skills added advantage
• ERP exposure (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Navision) added advantage
