Front Office Representative
Job summary
Some of your duties will include answering customer questions, offering customer support, guiding and advising customers, keeping the front office clean and representative.

Meeting, greeting, welcoming and directing company's clients/visitors.
Answering, screening and forwarding company's calls.
Taking messages and ensuring they are passed on to the right staff member in time.
Perform basic booking, filling, clerical duties and secretarial duties such as photocopying, monitor, control and order office supplies.
Book and schedule meetings on behalf of the company.
Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mails and packages.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures .
Ensure tidiness and presentation of the reception area with all necessary stationery and materials.
Perform any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Proven work experience of at least 2 years as a receptionist, front office representative or a similar role.
A Diploma or a Certificate in Front Office, Office reception, Secretarial studies or any related field.
Hands-on experience with office equipment such as printers and computers.
Proficiency in Computer skills and professional phone etiquettes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High levels of organization skills and ability to multitask.
Time management, interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize.
