Zennation Kenya is looking for a skilled, creative, and detail-oriented Furniture Fabrication Welder to join our furniture production team in Eldoret.

We are seeking someone who understands that furniture fabrication requires precision, creativity, excellent finishing, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Fabricate high-quality metal furniture, including coffee tables, console tables, dining table frames, chairs, shelving, and decorative furniture pieces.

- Perform accurate steel bending and shaping, including curved, rounded, and custom furniture designs.

- Carry out precise welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication.

- Produce clean, smooth welds and professional finishes suitable for premium furniture.

- Interpret furniture designs, measurements, sketches, and technical drawings.

- Ensure furniture frames are properly aligned, balanced, stable, and structurally sound.

- Work collaboratively with our carpentry and upholstery teams to produce finished furniture.

- Maintain tools, workshop equipment, and safety standards.

Requirements

- Formal training in Welding and Fabrication from a recognized technical institution (certificate or diploma).

- Proven practical experience in metal fabrication, preferably furniture fabrication.

- Strong skills in steel bending, curved metalwork, and custom fabrication.

- Excellent welding, grinding, and finishing skills.

- Ability to work with precision and minimal supervision.

- A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.

- Must be based in Eldoret.

General construction welding experience alone is not sufficient. Furniture fabrication skills are highly preferred.
