Shanzu Beachfront Apartments is a luxury beachfront hospitality property with 9 high-end serviced apartments and fully operational departments including Reception, Housekeeping, Accounts, Reservations, Sales, and Marketing. We are looking for a high-impact General Manager to run operations, lead the team, and drive monthly occupancy and revenue targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations across all departments.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, service quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage bookings, pricing, OTA platforms, and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement SOPs for efficient operations.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance.
• Drive marketing, sales promotions, and occupancy growth.
• Oversee budgeting, expenses, reporting, and financial efficiency.
• Handle escalated guest issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and hospitality regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5+ years experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager, or Operations Manager in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proven track record working with targets, KPIs, and occupancy goals.
• Experience with OTA platforms and reservation systems.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving ability.
• Understanding of budgeting, reporting, and financial controls.
• Flexible, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management (added advantage).
