Satsang Mandal has had various charitable programs ongoing for decades including Jaipur Foot & Wheelchair, Jalaram Chakula Feeding Programme, Kanchan Ganga Borehole Water Project and many more.

JOB SUMMARY

RKJMS is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) to join ourdynamic team on a full-time basis in Nairobi. The successful candidate will delivercomprehensive clinical care services, managing a wide spectrum of acute and chronic medicalconditions in the GP setting while providing patient-centered care. This role emphasizesexcellence in clinical practice, patient education, and continuous quality improvement. Theideal candidate will be committed to advancing the health of our diverse community, upholdingrigorous standards in clinical care and data protection, and contributing to the professionalgrowth of our team.Education & Professional Qualifications• Medical Degree: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from arecognized institution.• Licensure: Valid medical license and registration with the Kenya Medical and DentalCouncil.• Additional Training: Certifications in ATLS, BLS and ACLS are mandatory.Work Experience• Clinical Experience: At least three (3) years post internship experience in the generalpractice, accident and emergency or ICU setting, managing a diverse patient population.• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinaryteam and contribute to a supportive work environment.Skills & Competencies• Clinical Expertise: Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and management skills in generalmedicine.• Communication: Superior interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring clear,empathetic, and effective patient interactions.• Technological Proficiency: Proficient in computer applications and modern medicalIT systems for efficient record keeping and communication.• Professionalism: A strong commitment to continuous professional development,ethical practice, and excellence in patient care.
