Support the century business development team with assigned account growth by creating offers, monitoring spot quote activities and other assigned projects.
Coordinates with the GKAMâs and RKAMâs to gather insights and understand customer unique needs, competitors offering and market situation.
Supports Backoffice activities such as reporting, presentation preparation and other assigned admin tasks.
Acts as super user for the CRM creates reports that monitor performance of regional KAMâs.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Keep track of sales and generate reports that cover sales forecasting, goals, and results (using Salesforce, Revenue Reporting files, SIP files etc) Be point Lead for all Commercial SPOT quoting activities for Sector/Region (Industrial/Aero accounts) Provide customer with relevant Quote responses in timely and responsive manner Be accountable on various Commercial platforms for SPOT quote submission (Oracle OTM, Navisphere, GT Nexus, myCEVA etc) Monitor Cview activites of GKAM/RKAM and provide reporting on the sales goals/results Assist/support in Regional Biz reviews with GKAM/RKAM, both internal & external as required Monitor market developments and provide Market Research for GKAM/RKAMs, as required Maintain and update Book of Business, in consultation with Sector Leader for respective GKAM/RKAM.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?3+ yearsâ experience in B2B sales or equivalent Proven track record in leading the development and implementation of Market business strategy. Experience with CRM software In-depth knowledge of the international logistics industry Process driven and always seeking for continuous improvement. Strong analytics skills Ability to multitask.
