You have;Masterâs degree in Food Technology, Food Processing, Food Science; or in the fields of public health, nutrition, engineering, if supported by appropriate experience in working in Food Fortification At least 15 years working experience in international development or a related area. A minimum of 6 yearsâ experience working in food fortification or a related field, with a strong preference for significant experience in Africa and understanding of nutrition. Awareness and experience of both Public Health and Private Sector issues and approaches to food fortification. Experience in Research, Monitoring and Evaluation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent presentation and reporting skills Commitment to international development principles Good negotiating skills
