Our Graduate Trainee Program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the security and logistics industry. Successful candidates will undergo rigorous on-the-job training, mentorship, and rotational assignments to build a solid foundation for a long-term career with Riley Falcon.

Job descriptions & requirements

We are currently recruiting for trainees in the following departments:-

  • Operations: Support the management of our guarding force, response teams, and specialized security services.
  • Accounting: Contribute to financial reporting, auditing, and cost-management strategies within our finance department.
  • Logistics: Coordinate our national courier network, fleet management, and supply chain efficiencies.
  • Information Technology: Assist in the maintenance of our state-of-the-art surveillance systems, cybersecurity, and internal IT infrastructure.
  • Human Resource: Contribute to the management of our large employee base, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, training, compensation and separation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in departmental rotations to gain a 360-degree view of company operations.
  • Collaborate on strategic projects aimed at improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze departmental data and provide actionable reports to senior management.
  • Engage in professional development workshops and technical training sessions.
  • Maintain the high standards of professionalism and integrity associated with the Riley Falcon brand.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Academic Achievement: Must hold a First-Class or Upper Second-Class Honors degree from a recognized university in a field relevant to the department of interest (i.e., Business, Criminology, Forensic Investigations, Finance, Supply Chain, IT etc).
  • Foundational Excellence: A minimum grade of B (Plain) or above in the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCSE).
  • Proven Track Record: A documented history of achievements, whether in academics, leadership roles, sports, or extracurricular activities.
  • Graduation Year: Recent graduates (within the last 2 years) or final-year students awaiting graduation.


Required Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • A high level of personal integrity and disciplined work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
