Job Purpose
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our branding and production team in developing high-quality visual designs for corporate branding, textile, and embroidery projects. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in design software and have hands-on experience in a branding or textile environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop logos, branding materials, artwork, and layouts for print and digital use
• Prepare and adapt designs for textile printing and embroidery production
• Operate and manage designs using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to understand client branding requirements
• Prepare artwork files for embroidery digitizing and machine production
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and quality standards
• Revise and improve designs based on client and internal feedback
• Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines
• Maintain an organized archive of design files and assets
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Graphic Design or related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in corporate branding, textile, or related industry
• Age Requirement: Below 30 years
• Location: Must be willing to work in Ngara, Nairobi
Skills & Competencies
• Proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge of Wilcom Embroidery Software is a strong added advantage
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, colour, and typography
• Ability to prepare designs for textile and embroidery production
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
