Responsibilities:
- Design posters, flyers, and social media content
- Create and edit sales and marketing videos
- Participate in marketing videos (appear on camera when needed)
- Manage and update WordPress website
- Promote products on social media platforms
- Attend to walk-in and online customers
- Generate leads and follow up on clients
- Close sales and meet targets
- Maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
- Experience in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Knowledge of WordPress website management
- Skills in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera
- Interest or experience in sales
- Fluent in English and Swahili
- Creative, confident, and self-driven
