Reports To: Sales and Marketing Supervisor

Job Purpose

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-impact visual designs that enhance the presentation and marketability of Ruby Interiors’ full range of products, including wallpapers, wall murals, decorative finishes, and other interior solutions. The role will support both marketing and sales by translating product offerings into compelling visual experiences that drive customer engagement and purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

2. Creative Design & Product Development
   

• 
  
• Develop creative designs across a wide range of interior products (wallpapers, wall murals, stickers, decorative finishes, etc.)
  
• Generate fresh, market-relevant concepts aligned with interior design trends
  
• Customize designs based on client preferences and project requirements

2. Product Visualization & Rendering
   

• 
  
• Create realistic renders and mockups showcasing products in interior spaces
  
• Develop visual concepts that help clients clearly imagine final installations
  
• Produce before-and-after or concept visuals to support sales discussions

2. Marketing & Brand Support
   

• 
  
• Design brochures, catalogues, and product portfolios
  
• Assist in Creating digital content for social media, website, and campaigns
  
• Ensure all visual outputs are aligned with the company’s brand identity
  
• Regularly update marketing materials based on stock and new products

2. Sales Enablement
   

• 
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop client-specific design proposals
  
• Support client meetings with visual presentations and concept designs
  
• Translate customer needs into design solutions that increase conversion rates
  
• Provide quick turnaround designs to support active sales opportunities

2. Printing & Production Coordination
   

• 
  
• Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork for production
  
• Ensure correct dimensions, resolution, and color accuracy
  
• Liaise with production/printing teams to maintain quality standards

2. Trend Research & Innovation
   

• 
  
• Stay updated on interior design, décor, and material trends
  
• Continuously introduce new design ideas to keep the product offering competitive
  
• Benchmark industry standards and improve design quality
  

Minimum Requirements

• 
  
• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, or related field
  
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in graphic design or interior-related design
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  
• Experience in 3D rendering/visualization tools is an added advantage
  
• Strong and diverse design portfolio
  
• Strong creativity and design versatility
  
• Ability to visualize and present interior concepts
  
• Commercial thinking (designs that sell, not just look good)
  
• Attention to detail and quality
  
• Speed and responsiveness to business needs
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills
