Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic Design
  •  Design marketing and promotional materials (posters, flyers, brochures, banners, presentations).
  •  Develop branding materials and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  •  Create digital graphics for websites and social media campaigns.
2. Social Media Management
  •  Manage and update social media accounts.
  •  Develop and schedule social media content.
  •  Monitor engagement and respond to online inquiries.
  •  Support digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
  •  Track performance and provide basic analytics reports.
3. Website Development & Management
  •  Build and maintain the organization’s website.
  •  Update website content regularly.
  •  Ensure website functionality, responsiveness, and performance.
  •  Coordinate website improvements and integrations as needed.
4. IT Support
  •  Provide basic IT support for staff (computers, printers, internet, email issues).
  •  Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary.
  •  Ensure data backup and basic cybersecurity practices.

Qualifications & Skills
  •  Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, IT, Communications, or related field.
  •  Proven ability to design and build websites.
  •  Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
  •  Experience managing social media platforms.
  •  Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting.
  •  Website development and management skills are required.
  •  Good communication and creativity skills.
  •  Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience in graphic design, social media management, website development, or IT support.
