Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- In charge of ensuring food standards are maintained, HACCP standards adherence, quality checks etc
- To ensure food consistency in line with the defined standards (portion sizes, menu presentation, Food quality etc.
- Menu planning and development
- Management of the kitchen team
- To ensure kitchen equipment are kept in good condition and signal malfunction as and when arises
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor degree/diploma in Culinary Art, food production or similar
- At least 5 years’ experience of working in a busy kitchen
- Experience of managing a kitchen team
- Passion for Food & Beverage
