Join a dynamic and high-energy hospitality venue in Malta and lead the front-of-house guest experience. We are looking for a confident and service-driven Head Host to oversee reception operations and ensure every guest receives a warm, professional, and memorable welcome.

Role Overview

As Head Host, you will:

• Lead and supervise the host team to ensure smooth front desk operations
• Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
• Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize service flow and guest satisfaction
• Handle VIP guests and special requests with professionalism
• Manage waiting lists and communicate accurate wait times
• Work closely with restaurant management and service teams to maintain seamless operations
• Train and mentor hosts to uphold service standards
• Handle guest feedback at the entrance level and escalate when required

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Host or in a front-of-house supervisory role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
