Head of Marketing will serve as the strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the company’s marketing vision.Role is central to building the "Company Lifestyle" brand and attracting and retaining residents.With strong focus on B2C and resident-facing marketing,Head of Marketing will design initiatives that foster community engagement.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy and budget for the
- Lifestyle, aligning with the company's values, goals and resident satisfaction.
- Define the brand identity and messaging for the Company Lifestyle, focusing on the unique
- community and resident experience.
- Collaborate with the entire Company relay of departments to ensure alignment.
- Lead the Sales and Marketing team to ensure 100% occupancy rates
Resident Acquisition & Retention- Lead marketing efforts to drive tenant/resident occupancy rates for managed
properties. - Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email) targeting
potential renters and focusing on community features. - Develop strategies for resident retention and loyalty through engagement, events, and
value-driven communications.
Content & Community Management- Direct the creation of high-quality marketing content (video, photography, copy)
showcasing the lifestyle, amenities, and resident stories.- Manage and grow the online and offline community presence (social channels,
resident portals, on-site communications). - Plan and execute community events and initiatives that enhance the resident
experience and foster a sense of belonging.Analytics & Team Management- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, including
occupancy, resident engagement, and brand sentiment.- Manage, mentor, and lead the Lifestyle marketing team (which may include Digital ● Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends in property management and resident
experience.Qualifications & SkillsRequired Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related
field. A Master’s degree is a plus.- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2
years in a leadership/Head of role. - Sector Specific: Proven experience in Real Estate/Property Management,
Hospitality, or Lifestyle/Community focused marketing is essential.- Leadership: Demonstrated experience building, leading, and mentoring a
high-performing marketing team.- Digital Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Digital Marketing, CRM, and Marketing
Automation platforms.
