DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Planning & Production
· Assist in planning, coordinating, and attending content shoots for apartments and furniture products.
· Support styling, shot planning, and on-site content capture to ensure high-quality visual output.
· Organize raw and edited content into a well-structured digital content library for both business divisions.
Social Media Management
· Support the creation, editing, and posting of content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
· Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform best practices.
· Help maintain consistent posting schedules using content calendars.
· Monitor comments, messages, and engagement, and support timely community interaction.
TikTok Strategy & Growth
· Assist in developing and executing TikTok content strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers.
· Stay up to date with TikTok trends, formats, sounds, and platform updates.
· Contribute creative ideas for short-form video content tailored to the brand’s audience.
Influencer Research & Collaboration
· Research relevant influencers and content creators aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and target market.
· Support influencer outreach, coordination, and collaboration management.
· Assist in tracking influencer content deliverables and performance.
Design & Creative Support
· Design social media graphics and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
· Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining consistent brand identity.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
· Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Journalism, Business, or a related field
· Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
· Prior experience working with lifestyle, real estate, furniture, or interior-related brands is an added advantage
· Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
· Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook content formats and trends
· Portfolio submission is mandatory and should include social media content, design work, and/or campaign examples
