Role Overview

• Lead and supervise the waitstaff team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Provide attentive and professional service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Oversee order taking and ensure food and beverages are served accurately and promptly
• Maintain high standards of presentation for dishes and drinks
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setup and resetting
• Support restaurant setup and breakdown before and after service
• Monitor polishing of plates, glassware, and cutlery to maintain service standards
• Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Train, mentor, and support team members to uphold service excellence

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Waiter, or in a similar supervisory hospitality role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
