HORECA SALES EXECUTIVE
Job summary
The HORECA Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth within the hospitality, institutional, and commercial channels by developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and increasing product penetration across targeted markets. The role requires strong knowledge of HORECA sales channels, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business within HORECA channels.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers including hotels, restaurants, cafes, hospitals, schools, churches, and institutions.
- Promote and sell tissue products, detergents, and other FMCG solutions to target customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and closing of sales opportunities.
- Expand product listings and improve brand presence across HORECA outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients and key decision- makers.
- Manage existing accounts to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen engagement and identify new opportunities.
- Develop a strong pipeline of prospective clients within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify opportunities for product expansion and increased market share.
- Maintain updated customer records and account information.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
- Track sales activities, customer visits, and conversion performance.
- Provide insights on market opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HORECA sales, preferably within tissue products, detergents, or FMCG.
- Proven experience in selling and listing products through HORECA channels.
- Strong understanding of customer segments including hotels, restaurants, cafes, hospitals, schools, churches, and institutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage customer accounts, and achieve sales targets.
- Strong market knowledge and business development capabilities.
