About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Hospitality Salesperson to join our team. Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and secure new clients across corporate, travel, and leisure segments.
- Client Engagement: Build lasting relationships with guests, agents, and partners.
- Sales Strategy: Execute sales plans to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Market Insights: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead.
- Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing and operations to deliver seamless service.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or Marketing.
- Proven experience in sales within hotels, resorts, or travel services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel and attend client meetings/events.
