- Manage reservations and coordinate table seating efficiently

- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably settled

- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the venue
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and well-presented
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
