We seek a hands-on, results-driven Hotel Manager to lead daily operations, deliver excellent guest experiences and grow hotel revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee accommodation, restaurant, bar, housekeeping and events operations.
• Grow occupancy, sales and repeat business through active marketing and client relationships.
• Manage budgets, purchasing, stock controls, costs and operational reporting.
• Lead and coach staff; maintain high service, cleanliness and safety standards.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hotel experience, including 2 years in a management role.
• Strong leadership, customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to increase revenue, control costs and manage hotel teams.
• Competence in hotel systems, reservations, reporting and Microsoft Office.
