Reports To:Hotel Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Hotel Manager in coordinating and overseeing daily operations.
- Supervise and guide front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage staff.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and proper presentation of all guest areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Participate in staff scheduling, training, and performance support.
- Maintain compliance with hotel policies, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
