Jocham Hospital is seeking to hire a competent Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness and sanitation of the hospital.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the housekeeping team, ensuring that all areas of the facility are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:

• Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping staff across hospital departments
  
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection prevention are maintained at all times
  
• Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and oversee shift allocations
  
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance
  
• Ensure proper use, storage, and accountability of cleaning materials and equipment
  
• Enforce hospital SOPs, IPC guidelines, and occupational safety standards
  
• Report incidents, shortages, and maintenance issues promptly
  
• Work closely with nursing and clinical teams to support patient care areas
  

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• 
  
• Diploma in Housekeeping, Hospitality, Environmental Health, or a related field
  
• At least 5 years’ experience in a healthcare or institutional housekeeping role
  
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is mandatory
  
• Strong knowledge of hospital hygiene and infection prevention standards
  
• Good communication, leadership, and record-keeping skills
  
• High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail
