Job descriptions & requirements
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, shortlisting, interview scheduling)
- Coordinate onboarding of new employees, including documentation and induction
- Maintain recruitment records and staff files
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (physical and digital)
- Support contract preparation, renewals, and employee documentation
- Track staff attendance, leave, and probation periods
- Assist with payroll inputs and HR reports
Staff Welfare & Engagement
- Support employee wellbeing initiatives and staff engagement activities
- Act as a first point of contact for basic HR queries
- Help manage employee relations issues and escalate when necessary
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
Compliance & Policy Support
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations
- Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
- Assist during HR audits and internal reviews
General HR Support
- Support training and development coordination
- Assist in organizing meetings, team activities, and staff communications
- Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned
