Job summary

The HR Administrator will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, staff welfare, and HR administration. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys working with people and supporting a growing startup team.

Job descriptions & requirements

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, shortlisting, interview scheduling)
  • Coordinate onboarding of new employees, including documentation and induction
  • Maintain recruitment records and staff files

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (physical and digital)
  • Support contract preparation, renewals, and employee documentation
  • Track staff attendance, leave, and probation periods
  • Assist with payroll inputs and HR reports

Staff Welfare & Engagement

  • Support employee wellbeing initiatives and staff engagement activities
  • Act as a first point of contact for basic HR queries
  • Help manage employee relations issues and escalate when necessary
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes

Compliance & Policy Support

  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations
  • Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist during HR audits and internal reviews

General HR Support

  • Support training and development coordination
  • Assist in organizing meetings, team activities, and staff communications
  • Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned
