The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department in managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth employee relations, and maintaining compliance with company policies. He will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, staff logistics, and administrative support, contributing to the overall efficiency of HR functions.
