Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
Provide guidance and support to management on HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance workforce capability.
Represent the company in HR-related forums and maintain strong professional networks.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Must be a registered member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
Minimum of 6 years’ HR experience, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel as required.
Age: 32 years and above.
