Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree In Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
- Certification In Chrp Or Related Hr Credential Is An Added Advantage.
Experience:
- At Least Three (3) Years Working Experience As A Hr -Officer In A Busy Organization.
- Experience In Healthcare Sector Is An Added Advantage.
Duties:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: - Post Job Advertisements And Manage Applicant Tracking Systems. Screen And Interview Candidates To Determine Job Fit.
- Performance Management And Talent Development: - Coordinate The Full Performance Management Cycle, From Setting Objectives To Mid Year And Year End Reviews, Ensuring Alignment With Hospital Goals.
- Hr Advisory & Employee Relations: - Serve As The First Point Of Contact For The Employee Hr Queries And Provide Administrative Support On Hr Policies And Procedures.
- Workforce Planning, Administration & Hr Analytics: - Support Workforce Planning By Preparing Hr Forecasts, Staffing Plans, And Recommendations On The Hospitals Optimal Staff Establishment.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: - Support The Full Employee Lifecycle Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Transfers, Promotions, And Offboarding Processes.
