Job Summary
To provide comprehensive human resource support and ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures that enhance organizational performance, employee engagement, and compliance with employment laws.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection
l Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertisements, shortlisting, interviews, and on-boarding.
l Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.
l Ensure new employee documentation, induction, and orientation are properly executed.
2. Employee Relations & Welfare
l Promote healthy employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and disciplinary management.
l Handle grievances, investigations, and ensure fairness in all HR-related matters.
l Support initiatives that enhance employee motivation, retention, and engagement.
3. Training & Development
l Contribute to the formulation and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
l Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
l Support organizational culture initiatives, diversity, and inclusion programs.
4. HR Administration
l Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).
l Prepare HR-related reports (turnover, absenteeism, etc.).
l Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR documentation.
5. Performance Management
l Assist in coordinating performance review processes.
l Track employee appraisals and follow up on action plans.
l Support management in identifying training needs
6. Compliance and Policy Implementation
l Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
l Support audits and maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
Qualifications & Experience:
l Diploma in Human Resource Management.
l Minimum of 3-year progressive experience in HR operations, preferably in An EPZ or Manufacturing company.
l In-depth knowledge of the Kenyan Employment Act, labor relations, and HR best practices.
l Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
l Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
