What You’ll Do
• Champion recruitment and onboarding to bring in the best talent.
• Lead performance management, training, and career growth initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws and HR leading practices.
• Oversee HR and office administration for seamless operations.
• Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business goals.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6 -10 years’ HR experience, with 3+ years in management.
• CHRP certification & IHRM membership (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in talent acquisition, HR systems, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
