Human Resource Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Human Resource Officer whose primary responsibility will be recruiting and onboarding new employees to support our growing operations. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities
● Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for factory, sales, and office staff
● Source, screen, interview, and select suitable candidates
● Coordinate interviews with department heads and management
● Conduct employee onboarding and orientation
● Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records
● Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future needs
● Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies
● Support basic HR administrative duties as required
● Prepare recruitment reports and updates for management
Qualifications & Requirements
● Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
● At least 2 years experience in recruitment or HR (manufacturing experience is an added advantage)
● Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
● Good knowledge of Kenyan labor laws
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● High level of confidentiality and professionalism
● Ability to work under minimal supervision
