Key Responsibilities
● Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
● Maintain staff records, attendance, and leave management
● Assist with payroll preparation and HR reporting
● Support performance management and staff appraisals
● Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and company HR policies
● Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
● Support training, staff welfare, and engagement initiatives
● Provide general HR and administrative support to management
Experience & Skills
● Practical exposure to HR or administrative functions
● Familiarity with Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
● Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
● High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively
