●       Experience In Real Estate Or Similar Sector Is An Added Advantage.

Salary:  Kshs. 70,000 - 80,000 Plus Company Benefits

Duties:                

The Human Resource Officer Will Oversee All Hr Functions, Including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compliance, And Hr Administration. The Role Requires A Mature, Experienced Professional Capable Of Providing Strategic And Operational Hr Support In A Medium-Sized Organization.

He/She Will Perform The Following Key Responsibilities: -

●       Manage End-To-End Recruitment And Onboarding Processes.

●       Oversee Employee Relations And Handle Disciplinary Matters.

●       Implement Hr Policies And Ensure Compliance With Kenyan Labor Laws.

●       Support Performance Management And Staff Development.

●       Maintain Hr Records And Payroll Coordination.

●       Advise Management On Hr Best Practices.
