ICT Project Team Leader

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning and execution of project plans for ICT solutions ranging from Converged Communication Solutions, Routing & Switching, Servers & Storage, Unified Communication, Networking & Wi-Fi and Building Management Solutions.
• Conduct project surveys at client sites and prepare technical reports.
• Preparation of Bill of Materials for scoped solutions.
• Lead the execution team in deploying the ICT solutions on assigned projects to ensure client expectations are met.
• Track deliverables for allocated projects and ensure timelines as per project plan are achieved.
• Ensure quality workmanship for assigned ICT installations in adherence to industry standards.
• Proactively provide information to internal stakeholders on the project execution progress.
• Provide on-site assistance to clients on SLA and ensure quick resolution of assigned support tickets.
• Ensure all project information is well documented as per procedures and remitted in a timely manner 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Degree in ICT/ Telecommunications or related field.
• Experience in supervision of teams in deployment of ICT solutions with an overall working experience of not less than 4 years.
•  Should have valid Cisco certification & proven track record of successful installations in projects where Cisco systems have been deployed.  
• Demonstrable experience in the installation and configuration of IP PABX systems and Networks (structured cabling & wireless networks).
• Experience in deployment of Audio Visual systems will be an added advantage.
• Should have good planning skills with experience in managing project installations.
• Should have good interpersonal & communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Training/ Certification in project management is highly desirable.
