The In-House Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales through proactive engagement with existing and potential customers from the office. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and walk-in clients
- Promote company products and services to customers
- Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and sales orders
- Follow up on quotations and pending orders to close sales
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Provide after-sales support and follow up on customer satisfaction
Order Processing & Coordination
- Receive customer orders and ensure timely processing
- Coordinate with stores, logistics, and accounts departments to ensure timely delivery
- Track orders and communicate delivery status to customers
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and share insights with management
