Job summary

The In-House Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales through proactive engagement with existing and potential customers from the office. The role focuses on order processing, customer relationship management, upselling, follow-ups, and achieving assigned sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, emails, and walk-in clients
  • Promote company products and services to customers
  • Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and sales orders
  • Follow up on quotations and pending orders to close sales
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
  • Provide after-sales support and follow up on customer satisfaction


Order Processing & Coordination

  • Receive customer orders and ensure timely processing
  • Coordinate with stores, logistics, and accounts departments to ensure timely delivery
  • Track orders and communicate delivery status to customers


Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and share insights with management
