Job Summary
Job Description/Requirements
Income generation and organizational development have been identified by various Comundo Partner Organisations (PO) as important building blocks for their long-term sustainability. Colleges need to find ways to generate income to subsidize the education of vulnerable groups, for example by introducing production units that allow students to gain practical experiences while generating income for the college or by renting out their facilities during school holidays. Comundo often supports small POs, which then grow thanks to Comundo's support. This often means that organizational and management systems have to be adapted to meet the new challenges, the increased number of projects and higher budgets. Without an external advisor, this is often difficult. Comundo works closely with educational institutions (schools, colleges), county governments, organisations providing support in education and the private sector and will continue to have a mix of national partners. The partner network is constantly expanding, and to achieve greater impact, Comundo is increasingly working with government partners and umbrella organisations.
