Job Description/Requirements

  1. Assist senior attorneys in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to company formation, mergers, acquisitions, funds, and corporate governance.
    2.       Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues,
    3.       Provide support in due diligence processes for corporate transactions,
    4.       Liaise with clients and external parties on legal matters,
    5.       Assist in preparing and presenting legal opinions and advice to clients,
    6.       Stay updated with relevant legal developments and regulations locally and internationally,
    7.       Collaborate with team members on various legal projects and initiatives.
    8.       Help in business development and marketing
