Job Summary
We are an Australian company hiring a full-time lawyer to support our Kenya operations, with a primary focus on corporate and commercial law. However, the role requires flexibility to handle a variety of legal matters depending on client needs. You will be based at our Hurlingham office in Nairobi and collaborate closely with our global team.

Job Description/Requirements
- Advise on business setup and compliance for foreign companies entering Kenya
- Handle property disputes and civil litigation for Kenyans abroad
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
- Represent clients in Kenyan courts and liaise with relevant regulatory bodies
- Support legal process outsourcing initiatives for global clients
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Who Can Apply:
- Licensed lawyers eligible to practice in Kenya
- Fresh graduates who are qualified and licensed to practice law in Kenya are strongly encouraged to apply
- Must have strong communication skills, high integrity, and willingness to take initiative
- Must be flexible and open to handling various types of legal matters
- A strong academic record and eagerness to grow within a dynamic international environment
